I lead the frontend engineering team responsible for Tuvoli's customer-facing web applications and public website. My role combines hands-on engineering, architectural leadership, mentoring, and close collaboration with Product and Design to modernize our platform, improve developer productivity, and deliver intuitive customer experiences.

Highlights:

• Architected a modern mobile-first frontend platform focused on developer productivity, maintainability, and performance using Svelte, Tailwind CSS, TanStack Query, and Zod.
• Established shared engineering standards, reusable UI components, and frontend architecture patterns that accelerated development, improved consistency, and reduced production defects.
• Lead and mentored a distributed frontend engineering team through architecture guidance, career coaching, collaborative code reviews, and day-to-day technical leadership.
• Designed and developed a configurable white-label booking platform deployed across multiple customer websites, allowing customers to match their own branding without custom engineering while integrating with Google Analytics and HubSpot.
• Rebuilt Tuvoli.com using SvelteKit, improving performance and maintainability.

I served as the frontend technical lead for a small, high-performing engineering team responsible for enterprise energy management applications. Working closely with backend engineering, Product, and UX, we built sophisticated customer-facing software while consistently delivering complex enterprise solutions. It remains one of the most collaborative and productive engineering teams I've been part of, and it reinforced my belief that great software comes from great teams.

Highlights:

• Architected a modular frontend platform that combined ASP.NET and Angular, enabling independent feature delivery while maintaining a consistent user experience and shared engineering standards.
• Designed and built reusable UI components, that accelerated development while improving consistency and maintainability across the applications.
• Created interactive dashboards, mapping experiences, chart visualizations, and reporting tools that transformed complex energy market data into intuitive customer experiences.
• Partnered closely with Product, UX, and backend engineering to rapidly prototype new ideas.
• Won Enel X's Ship It Day innovation competition by adapting an interactive Gantt visualization into a new product concept that was ultimately incorporated into the production platform.

Returned to Kronos as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the modernization of the company's frontend applications using Angular while collaborating with a larger engineering organization. Although brief, this role broadened my experience with modern frontend frameworks and reinforced the importance of engineering culture.

I partnered with UX and Product teams to rapidly prototype enterprise software concepts, transforming ideas into interactive web applications that helped validate user experiences before development. This role reinforced my passion for human-centered design, rapid iteration, and close collaboration between Engineering and UX.

I joined GTXcel to build rich digital experiences for magazine publishers. Beyond the technology, this role showed me the impact that a positive engineering culture can have on creativity, collaboration, and delivering great software. It remains one of the most enjoyable teams I've had the opportunity to work with.

During more than a decade at Kronos, I had the opportunity to grow from building internal enterprise applications to technical presales and UX engineering. Working across Engineering, Product, UX, Sales, and customers gave me a unique perspective that continues to shape how I build software today. It was here that I discovered my passion for user experience, rapid prototyping, innovation, and translating complex business problems into intuitive software.

Highlights:

• Designed and developed the Kronos Pipeline Manager (Lead Manager and Territory Manager), a mission-critical enterprise sales platform that became so integral to the business it was ultimately replaced by Salesforce to reduce key-person dependency.
• Partnered with Product, UX, and Visual Design to rapidly prototype next-generation enterprise applications, using interactive prototypes and usability testing to validate ideas before development.
• Won three company Innovation Day competitions, with multiple concepts—including Workforce Search — ultimately evolving into shipped enterprise products.
• Served as a technical presales consultant, building demonstrations, integrations, dashboards, and prototypes that helped customers envision how Kronos software could solve complex business challenges.
• Learned firsthand that great software is shaped by the people who use it, an experience that continues to influence my approach to frontend architecture, user experience, and engineering leadership.
