- Lead and mentored a distributed frontend engineering team through architecture guidance, career coaching, collaborative code reviews, and day-to-day technical leadership.

Working closely with backend engineering, Product, and UX, we built sophisticated customer-facing software while consistently delivering complex enterprise solutions. It remains one of the most collaborative and productive engineering teams I've been part of, and it reinforced my belief that great software comes from great teams.
Highlights:
- Architected a modular frontend platform that combined ASP.NET and Angular, enabling independent feature delivery while maintaining a consistent user experience and shared engineering standards.
- Designed and built reusable UI components, that accelerated development while improving consistency and maintainability across the applications.
- Created interactive dashboards, mapping experiences, chart visualizations, and reporting tools that transformed complex energy market data into intuitive customer experiences.
- Partnered closely with Product, UX, and backend engineering to rapidly prototype new ideas.
- Won Enel X's Ship It Day innovation competition by adapting an interactive Gantt visualization into a new product concept that was ultimately incorporated into the production platform.

Highlights:
- Designed and developed the Kronos Pipeline Manager (Lead Manager and Territory Manager), a mission-critical enterprise sales platform that became so integral to the business it was ultimately replaced by Salesforce to reduce key-person dependency.
- Partnered with Product, UX, and Visual Design to rapidly prototype next-generation enterprise applications, using interactive prototypes and usability testing to validate ideas before development.
- Won three company Innovation Day competitions, with multiple concepts—including Workforce Search — ultimately evolving into shipped enterprise products.
- Served as a technical presales consultant, building demonstrations, integrations, dashboards, and prototypes that helped customers envision how Kronos software could solve complex business challenges.
